Returns & Exchanges
the RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery.
The return product(s) must be in its original packaging with all accessories. If the return is requested based on personal reason, 15% restocking fee may be charged. In that case, the returned products must be wrapped in a proper package with full set of accessories.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt. Refunds (excluding restocking fee if applicable) will be made against the original credit card used.

Exchanges are only available for colour (subject to stock availability). If you would like to make an exchange, simply fill in Online form HERE and Our Customer Service will contact you in 2 business days to follow up your request.
In that case, the returned product must be wrapped in its original package and sent back to the specified address.
Once we receive your returned product, we will proceed with the exchange and re-send you the product as quickly as possible. It may take up to 7 business days for you to receive the exchanged product.
