KEF Service Centres
There are two Customer Service Centres in Hong Kong for KEF product repair and warranty services. You are most welcomed to visit one of the centres listed below for service. For warranty claim, please be reminded to present the original proof-of-purchase at the time of service request.
1. KEF Customer Service (Mongkok)
Room 2101, Omega Plaza, 32-34A Dundas Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong
(3 minutes from Yau Ma Tei Station,Exit A1)

Mon- Fri: 10:00-19:00, Sat: 9:00-13:00
Closed on Sundays and public holidays
2. KEF Customer Service (Tsing Yi)
Flat 15C, Gateway TS, 8 Cheung Fai Road, Tsing Yi, Hong Kong

Mon- Fri: 09:00-13:00; 14:00-18:00 (Lunch Hour 13:00-14:00)
